1. The Marketplace
DripDrop is a wellness travel company offering curated wellness retreats, day tours, pop- ups and holistic travel experiences in Iceland.
2. Vendor/Partner Responsibility
Vendors and partners advertising their products or services through DripDrop are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of those services. DripDrop acts as an intermediary and does not assume liability for services provided directly by vendors.
3. Contract With The Customer
No contract will come into existence until DripDrop has received full payment and issued a confirmation invoice. The customer making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of their travel party and is responsible for ensuring full payment.
4. Pricing and Charges Currency:
All prices are listed in Icelandic Krona (ISK) unless otherwise specified by the vendor. Customers are responsible for any transaction fees (e.g. bank transfer fees, credit card charges). Prices in other currencies are estimated and provided only as a guide.
Price Adjustments:
Vendors may adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other external costs. Prices are guaranteed once a confirmation invoice is issued, except when government taxes increase by more than 5% of the original tour price.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and contact in formation.
Arriving on time at designated meeting points.
Ensuring appropriate clothing, equipment, and preparation as specified in the booking. Vendors reserve the right to refuse participation if customers are not fully equipped.
6. Payment and Cancellation Policy
6.1. Day Tours Full payment is required at the time of booking. The booking will only be confirmed once payment is received.
6.2. Multi-Day Tours & Retreats full payment is required at the time of booking.
6.3 Cancellations og multi-day tours & retreats are subject to the vendor´s policy.
6.4. Cancellation of pop ups (may vary between suppliers)
More than 24hours notice: Full refund.
Less than 24hours notice: No refund
7. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events. DripDrop is not responsible for losses resulting from a lack of insurance.
8. Due to unforseen circumstances DripDrop and its vendors are not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.
9. Sustainability and Wellness Commitment
DripDrop is dedicated to promoting sustainable and mindful travel practices. We collaborate with partners who share our commitment to environmental stewardship and wellness-focused tourism.
10. Accessibility and Inclusivity
We strive to make wellness travel accessible to as many people as possible. Customers should inform DripDrop of accessibility needs during booking so vendors can make necessary arrangements.
11. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All content on DripDrop’s platforms, including text, images, and media, is owned by DripDrop and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
