Please read these terms and conditions carefully
1. Payments & Commission
DripDrop processes the full payment from the client on behalf of the member. From each confirmed booking, DripDrop retains a 12% commission fee. Following completion of the experience, the member is responsible for issuing an invoice to info@dripdrop.is for the remaining balance. Invoices must be submitted after the tour or event has been finalized. Payment will be taken care of within 28 days of booking.
The commission covers use of the DripDrop platform, payment processing, event listing and promotion through the shared Wellness event calendar, and access to the DripDrop wellness community.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for events
2.1 Daily events
More than 24hours notice: Full refund.
Less than 24hours notice: No refund.
2.2 Multiday events
100% refund for cancellation 30+ days before the start date
50% refund for cancellation 15-29 days before the start day
0% refund for cancellation 0-14 days before the start date
3. Weather & other unforeseen events
Many DripDrop experiences take place outdoors and are dependent on weather and natural conditions. Members reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, natural conditions, or circumstances beyond the host’s reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural hazards, or official travel advisories), members must inform participants promptly and outline available options. These may include rescheduling, issuing a credit, or providing a refund, in accordance with the stated cancellation and refund policy.
DripDrop is not responsible for cancellations resulting from weather conditions or unforeseen events.
4. Liability & Participant Responsibility
Members are responsible for ensuring that their experiences are conducted safely and in compliance with applicable laws, permits, and insurance requirements.
Participants attend experiences at their own risk and are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for participation. Members must clearly communicate any physical requirements, risks, or necessary equipment in advance.
DripDrop acts solely as a platform connecting members and participants and does not assume responsibility for the delivery, safety, or outcome of hosted experiences.
5. Client Communication
Clients may contact members directly with any questions related to the experience, including content, requirements, or special requests. Members are responsible for providing accurate information and timely responses to all client inquiries.
By listing an experience on the DripDrop platform, members confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
