hOW TO CREATE AND PUBLISH AN EVENT ON dripdrop

Follow these simple steps to create and publish your event on DripDrop.

From the front page, click on “Member” Then select “Add Event” to begin creating your event

1. Accept Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions to continue.

2. Add a New Event

Click “Add New Event”
Enter your Event Title
Write a clear and engaging Event Description

3. Select Date and Time

Choose your Event Date
Set the Start Time and End time. Make sure all details are accurate before continuing.

4. Choose Event Type & Status

Select whether your event is:
Virtual Event or In-Person Event
Set the Event Status (e.g., Scheduled)

5. Add image

Upload a good quality event image, that reflects the experience of your event.
This image will be displayed on the front page of the event.

6. Event categories

Select the categories that best describe your event.
If you don’t see a suitable category, please contact us – we’ll be more than happy to add it.

7. Add Location (if applicable)

Enter venue / the location area of the event.

8. Fill in Organizer Details

Provide contact information for the event organizer:
Add name of provider
Website (optional)
Name
Email Address
Phone Number

9. Add Event Website (Optional)

Include a link to an external page if you have one

10. Create Tickets

When setting up your tickets, you can customize pricing, capacity, and how attendee information is collected.
Click “New Ticket”
Enter the ticket price (Leave blank if the ticket is free)

Capacity Options
Choose how you want to manage ticket availability: please click on option 2 or 3.
Set capacity for this ticket only
Define a specific number of tickets available for this ticket type
Example: Capacity = 5
Unlimited capacity
Select this option if there is no limit on ticket sales

Ticket code
Each ticket includes a unique identifying code. This code is used for validation and check-in

Attendee Collection

Select how attendee details are collected during purchase

No Individual Attendee Collection
Only the buyer’s information is collected
Allow Individual Attendee Collection
Buyers can enter a name and email for each attendee (optional)
Require Individual Attendee Collection
Buyers must enter a name and email for each attendee
